2016 Nevada Caucus: When Ineligible Voters Find their Voice

The Nevada presidential caucuses are fast approaching with the Democratic caucus on Feb. 20 and the Republican caucus on Feb. 23. Washoe County political volunteers have spent months preparing for the big events, including some like Taslima Shams who won’t be able to vote.
In this video, Shams shares what motivates her political involvement and how she is preparing for the Democratic caucus in Nevada.
